Kim was a licensed private investigator with her own detective agency. She decided to retire and open an Italian cafe here in Englewood. Cooking was her passion and she wanted to share that with the community.
She named it Sebastiano's after her father. There are 6 Sebastians in a row in her family. They are from a small town east of Naples Italy called Scisciano, known for pastries!
If you can't find her at Sebastiano's, she is probably smoking a cigar while playing the piano & a game of chess somewhere. Kim belongs to the Sarasota Christian Women's Association, The Englewood Chamber of Commerce and volunteers as an Elder Abuse Guardianship Advocate. Kim attended the Center for Advanced Legal Studies in Houston, Texas.
